A little gear review of my favorite hiking boots: Salomon Quest 4D GTX! These are my go to hiking boots, perfect for backpacking and long day hikes. •They are waterproof, great for keeping your feet dry while crossing creeks •They offer a lot of stability and cushioning. They require some breaking in but I’ve never gotten a hot spot or blister while wearing them! •Large toe box provides support upon descent (you won’t lose a toenail with these boots!) •Tall boot shaft (they’ll support your ankles when they become fatigued and start to roll) •Made of high quality suede leather and mesh nylon material.
